Policies

1. No refunds will be given for missed summer camp days.

2. Children with IEP’s or 504 plans, are welcome to attend any classes after a meeting with the parents, aides and myself to discuss the best plan for the child. As well as, seeing the classroom environment to determine if the limited 1 room inside space is right for the child’s needs. Once this is approved by all, a aide shall be present during the entire time of the classes, each day.

3. Payments for Camps, Mommy and me, and Art Classes ~ You may pay by paypal, Zelle, Cash or by mailing or dropping off a check. Your child’s spot is not guaranteed until payment is received. Once the class or camp is full, you will receive a last chance to pay email in which you have 1 week to pay or spot will be cancelled.

**If a camp or Mommy and Me are full no refunds will be given, as the website has been turning people away. Unless I can fill your space, then a refund will be given less a $15 fee.

4. No refunds for Mommy and Me classes and Camps, unless someone on waiting list can take your spot.

5 . I try to keep the classroom peanut and tree nut free. But I can’t control kids coming in with peanut oils on face and hands. Therefore, all children with known peanut and tree nut allergies must be accompanied by a caregiver.
